Below are the three steps to register your student for Winter Retreat! Please note that registration is open until January 21st or until all our slots are filled.
- Register through Planning Center and make a deposit by clicking HERE
- The deposit for registration is $89. The remaining deposit is due in full on January 21st. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments you make on the remainder of the cost are refundable up until January 14th. After January 14th, we are unable to offer any kind of refunds.
- Fill out the registration waiver for Winter Retreat HERE
- All students must have their parents fill out the parent waiver located in the link above
- Fill out the archery tag wavier for Winter Retreat (if applicable) HERE
- If during registration, you signed your student up to play archery tag, you need to fill a separate waiver form or they will be unable to participate
And that’s it! Your student is ready to go to Winter Retreat this year!
